A small studio hires differently. You will meet every person you work with in the interview. You will be trusted with real projects in week one. You will also be expected to hold real standards. Here's what's open.
Not a pitch deck about the work. You get a project, a lead, and a ship date. Junior or senior, same rule.
Three days in studio, two at home. Core hours 11 to 5. The rest is yours.
₹60,000 a year for courses, conferences, books, tools. Plus a quarterly studio trip to a city that inspires us.

After year two, you share in studio profit. Small piece, real piece. The work gets better when everyone is an owner.
We don't participate in free pitches. So you will never spend a weekend making speculative work nobody pays for.
Design across identity, digital and collateral. 3+ years at a studio or in-house team. A portfolio of shipped work, opinions on typography, and a steady hand on a press check.
→ R 02 / 05Write brand voice, campaign lines, long-form and social. 3+ years writing for brands or publications. A clear ear for tone and a dislike of filler.
→ R 03 / 05Run client relationships, timelines and scope without becoming the person everyone avoids. 3+ years in an agency, studio or in-house brand team.
→ R 04 / 05Motion for brand films, social, and in-browser. 3+ years of shipped animation. Rive, After Effects, Lottie, and a feel for timing you can defend.
→ R 05 / 05Cut brand films, campaign edits and social formats. 3+ years in post. Premiere, DaVinci, a good ear for sound, and an instinct for what to leave out.
