We do not promise what we cannot deliver, but we have a track record of moving fast when the project allows it. Rush projects carry a priority fee, which we are upfront about.
We have a clear brief and approval process specifically to prevent this. If work does not match the approved brief, we fix it at our cost. If you change your mind about the direction after approving it, that is a new brief and a new cost. We document every decision so there is no ambiguity. In ten years, we have never had a project end without resolution.
We are based in Worli Naka, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Yes, you can visit us at the studio. We also work fully remotely and have delivered projects for clients across India, the USA, UK, UAE, and Singapore without a single in-person meeting. Both models work well.
We take 50% at the start and 50% on delivery. For retainers, it is monthly. Indian clients pay by bank transfer or UPI. International clients pay by wire transfer. We issue a proper GST invoice for all projects. Payment terms are outlined in the project agreement we send before any work begins.
