What do you need from us to start? +

A founder or stakeholder who can make decisions, a one-page brief, and a first payment. If you have existing research we'll read it. If you don't, we'll do it.

Do you do naming? +

Yes. Naming is its own animal and we run it as a two-week sprint with legal and linguistic checks before we ever show a shortlist.

Is a rebrand always the right answer? +

Almost never at first. We'll tell you honestly if you need a refresh, a better system, or just clearer leadership. Rebrands are expensive and we don't push them.
